Hi there. Regarding the COE process:  I received my 2/nd email from the Thai Embassy in South Africa with the 6 digit code to proceed to upload the ASQ Hotel booking, Insurance and confirmed Flight itinary, etc. Do I need to fill in everything from scratch to get to the part where I need to upload all relevant 3 x docs as above and 6 digit code? Please help me as I need to get this done ASAP before I fly out on 30 April. Going on Team Viewer with me will help me tremendously please. My email is: mrjohnbougas@gmail.com

Just like what Lalitha said, once you click confirm, any areas that are not completed will be highlighted. Just a tip, you can email(make sure to include 6 digits case number) them and call them regarding the progress of COE approval. Took me several phone calls, and they do answer. Good luck.

Hi Lalitha. THank you for resplonding. I did the same in the 1st application by filling in everything. Must I just start all over again from scratch and complete everything again like in the 1st application and will the website take me to stage 2 where I actually add the 6 digit code and fill in what they require like the Hotel, Insurance, & flight details?

The previously loaded documents will be already shown, you just load the ones asked, it is very easy process.
