What should I do if the Thai COE website keeps returning an error when I upload documents?

Try to use the Thai official COE government web site for 24 hours (got the link from thai consulate web sites)  uploaded all documentation yet web site keep return a message to upload already uploaded documents all within size requirements and file type! And loop then error “cannot verify..” What is going on? Anyone experiencing the same issue ?

Yes there is a two steps to upload your documents. After many tries I finally figured it out.

Make sure you click the upload button after you drag and drop file.

I had that problem yesterday and I realised I have to press an additional button
