What should I do if my Certificate of Entry (COE) application was rejected due to missing visa documentation?
My COE application was rejected today, after I uploaded my hotel and flight information.
Reason: Please upload a visa.
But in the first round the passport + Non 0 1 year retirement was already approved.
Now what ? Strange....
And the embassies number is always busy. And I thought that few people are flying

OPToday I was rejected again because of Covid insurance. But I uploaded this document with unlimited cover already in December and it was accepted then.
Now I upload the documents agsin and all documents are rejected.

Now I bought a (unnecesaary) adicional insurance by an insurance many German travellers use.
If the COE wirh 2 unlimited isurances against COVID is rejected AGAIN, I give up and stay at home!

I guess you are German? I had almost the same thing (I was entering with tourist visa). After o uploaded everything needed (visa request, flight , hotel, etc) my coe was rejected. I had to go to the ambassy with all the paperwork and then it took 5 minutes to get the visa...

You have to upload copy of visa a 2nd time for the COE. If I remember correctly 🤔. Been a while since I did mine.

Cancel the flights and hotel immediately try upload the visa again if ok rebook if not give up
