It said you will receive payment receipt in your email, I didn’t but it’s showing pending document check and I can actually see the receipt on the system. I am just worried if they ask for additional documents via email, and why I didn’t get any confirmation on email. Does Sri Lanka office communicate vie the system or through emailing ?
How long does it usually take for Ed visa to be given after being on “pending approval” status? And How would you be informed? You habe to keep checking status online in the website? Or they email you or call you?

Thai Pass delays. I submitted 5 days ago, and not a word. I checked status on the site and its says "this information is not registered". I submitted another application and it says same thing again!!
I've emailed them 2x and no response. They post phone numbers but that would cost me $3/min so I'm trying to avoid that if possible (unless TMobile/USA folks have advice for another way to call).
