Hello, I am preparing to make my first 90 day report and seem to have lost my TM6 card. I have a photo of it, will that be sufficient to complete my report? If not how do I go about having it replaced? TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM6 card is essential for your 90-day report in Thailand. If you've lost it, a photo is not sufficient. It's recommended to file a police report regarding the lost card. Following that, visit the immigration office with the police report to request a replacement TM6 card.
