Hi, I just re entered thailand today, but I've lost the TM 6 card. When I was at immigration at suvarnabumi airport to leave Thailand 2 weeks ago, I noticed that people were doing new TM 6 cards. What should I do? Thanks for your advice

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you've lost your TM 6 card upon re-entering Thailand, you should try to obtain a new one from the rear of the checkpoint area at the airport if you are still there. If not, you may need to visit an immigration office, where some require a police report before they will issue a new card. It's crucial to have a TM 6 card as you need it to report your address within 24 hours.

If you just leave on your schedule, get new one at the airport on your way of departure.

If you need to do something at the immigration office, you may likely need to get a police report to get a new TM6 at the immigration office before you apply anything. I believe you need police report to get new TM6 at Chaengwattana.

Get a new card if you still there, if not it depends on where you are. Some immigration Offices want you to make a police report before they hand out a new card.

Be aware you need this card and number to report your address within 24 hours.

No problem if you are aware that the fine for late report of address is 800 Thb and you pay if you go next week in stead of within 24 hours.

now I'm not at suvarnabumi airport. I will be going to chaeng wattana next week anyway. Do you think I should ask then or do something sooner

Get a new card from the rear of the checkpoint area before you get in queue to stamp out. If you wait for the officer he will give you a new one and send you to the rear of the queue.
