What steps should I take to replace my lost Thailand T.M.6 (Departure Card)?

Hello, I am a new member and I lost my Thailand T.M.6 (Departure card) yesterday. I am working here and to apply work permit very soon and my company insist me to get the new card. I have already reported to local police station today and with the police report document, does anybody know which immigration office I have to go and required steps to receive the new one ?? I am really appreciate your advices in advance ☺️

IN bangkok you go out to the main immigration office at the Chaengwattana Govt Complex and get a new TM6 departure card.

Just so you're clear you CANNOT work until you actually have a work permit and the correct visa so you might NOT wanna have that in your post.

I lost mine recently too and didn't notice until I was leaving at the airport. The immigration officer made me fill out a new one.
