Last week I was fortunate enough to get a one year extension to my Type “O” Based on Retirement. This was 45 days before the old extension expired.
Currently my Immigration App on my phone still shows the old expiry date in 2022.
How do I get Immigration to change the date in their computer? Anybody had any experience of this? I presume it will affect the on-line 90 day app from working.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user recently received a one-year extension for their Type 'O' visa based on retirement, but the Immigration App still displays the old expiry date. They are seeking advice on how to update the date in the app, as they are concerned it might affect their ability to complete the online 90-day reporting.

It was the same for me. Forget the app, it no longer works. But the new online system works very well for 90 days, you even get a reminder by email when the next appointment is approaching.
Thanks Frank the on line system works good for me also, I'm just concerned that the lack of update of the visa extension may stop the 90 day system working.
I had this, it showed I was overstayed so asked about it at immigration and they just said never mind you will have to report.in person for 90 days report 😒
