Why Can't I Register TM30 Online If My Husband Has Already Done It?

Hi Tod Daniels. Hoping you can help. My husband successfully registered to do online TM30 today. I then tried to do the same but the system rejected saying the address is already registered. We are joint owners of the property. Comes up with attached error. Not sure if this means I can never register tm30 online (or maybe even 90 day reporting when I get that far). Any ideas how to resolve? Thanks so much in advance.

an Address can only once be registered. After registration you can add as many people as you like who life at that address.

Correct, your husband log in and register himself and you after you come back from abroad. If you husband gives you the log in and password, you can do by yourself

thanks for this. So does my husband log in and can see somewhere to add others who live here? So when I go away and come back, he can update tm30 in there for me? Sorry, first time doing all this and lots is confusing me. Thanks again
