Why am I unable to register guests on the new Thai immigration website?

Hi all.

Cannot seem to register guests staying on the new immigration website despite it working previously.  

Have tried entering data manually and also uploading the  completed  excel spread sheet. 

No luck

Can anyone else confirm if it works for them?
