I’m ready to apply for my Thai pass. I’ve took a screen shot of my insurance, my package details, and do I just take a picture of my passport? Also my package details say 1 adult when it’s 2. I mentioned this to the travel agent and she said it’s ok, the hotel know it’s 2. Also do I book my covid test through my Thai pass. Thanks in advance.

If it's not too late. I recommend reaching out to your hotel before booking hotel. Let them guide you through the process. I has serous issues and I think it was because the hotel was slow to respond.

Both travellers need individual Thailand pass and should both be named on insurance and hotel booking

All packages should come with Covid testing. Make sure its SHA ++. Unless its Phuket/krabi where covid testing is booked separate
