They had a history of prior rejection in Cambodia, which raises concerns about whether this influenced the latest outcome. i was rejected yesterday in Hanoi as well for soft power… This was there response to asking if they could help me understand the reason.

Dear Applicant,

With regard to your inquiry, the Royal Thai Embassy wishes to inform you that all considerations to issue a visa to any applicant are based on the accuracy of the application's information, and the validity and authenticity of the supporting documents and the stated purpose of the visit, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Thailand. Such considerations remain solely under our discretion, and the Embassy reserves the rights to cancel or reject any visa applications as deemed necessary without further explanation. Any applicant is entitled to reapply for a visa. If the new visa application is in line with our rules and regulations, it will be duely considered.

I think might be due to your name. Did you enter your first name as Anonymous and last name as participant?

What is your nationality? History in Thailand? It seems like you are not wanted, if rejected twice, especially if your paperwork is all correct

If English isn't your first language maybe an agency would help you with the application. Also, how is the presentation with your supporting documents? I did cover letter explaining every support document. I got approved in Taiwan after one request for more documents.

I'm even thinking they not look my documents at all. Just see I got reject in Cambodia before and reject me also. Maybe consular put some mark on my passport

It could be that the company you work remotely for was flagged, and rejected.

In another forums, people says, like, after reject you must wait 3 monthes and try again. Is that true? Maybe I'm too rush to resubmit?

Anonymous participant I think you need to try and find out why Cambodia rejected you and what they put as the reason. I am just speculating here but it looks like Vietnam took one look at your record and refused without even assessing it! Maybe get a METV to cover for 6 months and apply again?
