My friend and I are in the same boat. We both have family non-o visas. We did not get the yearly extension so we have to leave every 90 days. We both did the 60 day extension but are now on the amnesty. Does anyone know what we should do now since we've already used the 60 day extension? I'm not sure if we'll be able to leave and reenter as now it doesn't look like that would be possible.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about their situation with family non-O visas, having utilized a 60-day extension and currently on amnesty. They explored options for their next steps, particularly concerning their inability to leave and re-enter Thailand after using up their extension. A comment offered three potential solutions: apply for a one-year extension based on marriage, wait for updates due around September 20, or consider leaving Thailand.

Can you please explain why one would wait until 20th September? What should change? No changes are promised, and we are asked to take care of visas right now. Maybe I do not know something?
A person should not wait until the last moment to get an extension of stay. They will need about 45 to 30 days remaining on their existing extension of stay though (depending on the immigration office).
If I transfer the 400k now it wouldn't be ready in time for the extension. I have money transferred here from the US monthly. but I don't know if that would qualify for the 40k per month.
I don't think where your bank physically is located matters; they should be able to run the report required showing you transferred the 40K THB into a Thai bank account each month
