My 90-day entry stay is going to expire this month.
Does the amnesty apply for these visa as well? If so, do we have to take any steps to apply for it?
Or should I apply to some kind of extension (60 days, visiting family)?
Another option would be probably to convert them to marriage visa, though that process seem to takes some time.

If you can get the one year marriage extension inside Thailand...that solves your problem. Check with local immigration office for list of requirements.
It appears you got your current one year Non O Marriage Multi-entry visa from Savannakhet or HCMC....where no financial requirements are needed.
If a border to Laos or Vietnam opens and you can also return to Thailand, that is another option.
But beware of the 14 days quarantine requirements among others at your expense upon return to Thailand...as currently required
You will be covered by the amnesty to July 31. But we encourage you to carefully review options before then.
No one knows what will happen at that time.
A 60 day extension to visit family may be available to you.
