What is the process to transfer a Non-O Over 50 visa stamp to a new passport in Thailand?

If I understand the process for moving stamps to a new passport correctly (Non-O Over 50 Extension) at CW:

Enter Thailand with both passports, new passport gets stamped in.

At CW

* Need transfer stamp form and both passports

* Updated bank book and copy (bank book only. Not the full year report that takes a week from Bangkok Bank?)

* Copy of photo pages from each passport

* Copy of last arrival stamp (from the new passport) and last extension (from the old passport)

They move the stamp to the new passport.

And then, since I got my multiple re-entry permit at Suvarnabhumi, I need to take both passports there to move the re-entry permit, which I can do on my next flight out.

Am I missing anything?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To transfer your Non-O Over 50 extension stamp to a new passport at the Chaengwattana Immigration office, you need both your old and new passports, a specific transfer stamp form, an updated bank book with a copy showing the current balance, and copies of the photo pages from both passports. You also need a copy of the last arrival stamp from the new passport and the last extension stamp from the old passport. After the transfer, remember to take both passports to Suvarnabhumi airport to move your re-entry permit on your next flight out.

this is the back side of that transfer stamp form Chaengwattana uses

make sure you update your bank book the day you go to get the stamps transferred and have a copy of the data page of your bank book and the page showing the current balance

That "show bank book to move stamps" is a bangkok immigration policy only

That's pretty much it (y) this should be the Transfer Stamp from they use at Chaengwattana immigrations in bangkok

You're correct (y) Chaenwattana won't move your re-entry permit if it was issued at Suvarnabhumi ๐Ÿ˜ฎ ๐Ÿ˜•

So next flight you'll have to take both passports and stop by there to get the re-entry permit moved
