TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a NON-O visa to join a foreigner working in Thailand, you should include the details of your partner's company in the guarantor section of the application. Specifically, you can input your partner's name and their company's name, and it may also be appropriate to include the HR department's contact as the guarantor.
