TLDR : Answer Summary
When submitting bank statements for a visa application in Thailand, it is generally advised not to edit or manipulate the documents. Many users recommend providing the bank statements untouched, as any alterations can lead to rejection of the application. Some suggest highlighting relevant transactions, such as regular income, rather than blacking out unrelated expenses. It is also mentioned that if specific transactions need to be excluded, it may be better to request the bank to issue a statement that only includes relevant deposits.

I didn't blank out anything but I highlighted deposits and transfers so they could see that I had regular income.

If you want to do not include something, ask the bank, don't change it or mark it yourself. In my case, for instance, I asked the bank to issue it only showing only the deposits of ㅇㅇㅇ (the company I work for) from xx month to xx month.
