TLDR : Answer Summary
It's recommended to print your NON-O visa before showing it to immigration in Thailand. While some suggest that electronic copies might be acceptable, many community members agree that having a physical printout is safer and preferred, especially in situations where technology may fail, such as losing a device or lacking WiFi. The email you received with your visa should also indicate the necessity of having a printed copy.

In Thailand it’s actually 2568 and you still need to print in 99% of all situations.

I always print stuff that's important. What happens if phone lost, broken, no WiFi signal?

For Thailand, always print everything. The email you received with your visa should have instructed you to print it.
Hand it over with your passport and final boarding pass when you get to passport control, then when you step away, check the stamp you received to make sure it's correct. Do this every time you step away from passport control.
And don't forget your TDAC when you're 2-3 days away from traveling.

The visa is attached as a PDF file. Print it out and hand it over along with your passport to the immigration officer.
