TLDR : Answer Summary
When moving between provinces in Thailand, you are required to file a new TM30 form within 24 hours of your arrival at the new address. This form can be filled out by the property owner, hotel, or a friend if you are staying with someone. It's advisable to check with the new immigration office regarding their specific requirements, as some may also require additional forms like the TM28.

Check with your new immigration office. Some require you to submit only TM30, some require you another form (maybe TM28) too.

File a new TM30 within 24 hours of arrival at new address....by owner of property, hotel or friend if staying with.

Ask your new immigration office what their rules are for the TM30.

If you are changing for reason of seeking an extension ...

VS getting it from your current immigration office...

The new immigration office may or may not accept your extension application...sending you back to your current office.
