TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have a marriage-based visa extension and are planning to move to a new province, you'll need to visit the local immigration office in that province. You may be required to file a TM28 form for changing your address and a TM30 form notifying of your residence. Once you've completed these forms, you can request information on the requirements for renewing your extension, which should be done within 30 days of your current extension's expiration.

when you move, you to go the new immigration office possibly file a TM28 change of address (If they require that form) and file a TM30 notification of foreigner in residence form, THEN get the hand out from them listing the requirements to get a year extension based on marriage and apply when you have 30 days or less left on your current extension
