TLDR : Answer Summary
When arriving in Thailand, you need to complete an online form known as the TDAC within 72 hours of your arrival. This form is straightforward and linked to your passport for immigration purposes, meaning you do not need to print it out. After filling it out online, it is processed electronically, so immigration will have your information when you arrive. You will still go through the usual immigration procedures upon your arrival.
Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

WARNING: Only trust Thai government websites with .go.th domains or Thai agent websites with .co.th or .in.th domains, as these require verified Thai registration and cannot be registered anonymously.

The official TDAC form is available at tdac.immigration.go.th, which uses the official .go.th government domain.

The services by AGENTS CO., LTD. does NOT charge any fees for arrivals within 72 hours. If you need to book more than 72 hours in advance, there is a service fee of $8.

Do not trust other sites pretending to be a trustworthy agency. Pay attention to delivery time - the service operated by AGENTS CO., LTD. has 1 minute delivery time for arrivals within 72 hours.

Don't fall for sites pretending to be agents.co.th or the official government tdac.immigration.go.th website. Always double-check the exact domain in your browser.

Scam services may take days to process your application, others may not even do anything. With these TDAC scam services you also need to worry about double charges.

Please watch out for TDAC misinformation spread by fugitive Jesse Nickles and his many fake accounts on Quora, TripAdvisor, Reddit, and other platforms.

If you click onto the site it's free and straight forward why do so many ask dum questions before trying it

Another crap reply. The guy is not sure, that's why he's asked. If you can't post positive answers best not post at all, best to stay off the site.

OK boss 👌 But if you read i say go onto site it answers your questions its straight forward.

Ya, but Kenneth, you said its a dumb question and the guy wouldn't ask it if it was dumb. Its not dumb to him. Trouble is when people get a negative answer to a question it puts them off from asking again next time their stuck. Ok point taken!

Never heard a TDAC called a "questionnaire" before 😂👍

In the past you filled in an arrival card, usually given to you on the plane, before landing... Well it's gone digital... Same info, no pen

Its just an online arrival form, you still go up to the immigration booth for fingerprints and passport stamping and potential questioning.

TDAC takes a few minutes online but must be done within three days of departure date. Very simple, don’t stress!

Bored of your posts now. Move on……

@Liam *******
within 3 days of ARRIVAL date. I was so excited and tried to do it 3 days before I left US only to discover that due to the 24-hour long trip, that your advice is wrong.

I flew here departing LHR on 20th August and completed my TDAC on 17th August. I arrived in BKK on 21st August so think you are the one who is confused 😂😂
Beverly ***************
@Liam *******
nope not confused. I left Us on 29 May and applied on 27 May. It was denied since my flight did not arrive in BKK until 31 May. Your flight took half the time.

Did mine recently in UK departures after check in , no issues on BKK arrival.

Forgot to say: doing it online using a phone was a pain and so much easier on a lap top.

You only get 60 days on arrival then have to got to immigration to get 30 day extension to stay 90days

@Ian *******
Hi Ian, is the extra 30 day immigration visit something you do at the airport on arrival or at a different place/time later? Thx

@Alan ****
immigration for the extra 30 days
Paul *********
Easy to fill in. Couldn't be more straight forward
Brandon ************
Once you have submitted it, it should be linked with your passport. They will see it when they scan your passport at immigration, nothing further for you to do.

thank you , the online form is a straight forward process ?

Yes. Just be careful to ignore anything without the red asterisk, as without that it's not required and you can ignore it. But as soon as you click on it, it will become required.
