Just got issued my DTV!

Question. It appears it's a pdf and has a QR code for scanning. Do I need a printed copy when I arrive to immigration? Or can they just scan it from my phone?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Upon arrival at immigration, you will need to present a printed copy of your DTV. While it is possible for some officials to scan the QR code from your phone, it is strongly recommended to print it out, as the official guidelines and comments from others suggest that having a physical copy is preferable.

You need to print it out. Even the evisa website says that on the home page, and the PDF itself says it should be printend out.
