Hi all. I’ll be going to Bangkok immigration -Lak Si to extend my Non-O and get the multiple re-entry permit. Logistics question for you - should I get my “tickets” (the number to see the agents) first and then go to the bank for the letter and passbook update etc - or should I do that first and then get the tickets to wait in line? If I miss my number being called, can I go to the agent or do I need to get another number and start again? This is my first time doing it so was wondering what your experiences were. Thanks.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on whether to get a queue number first or complete bank-related tasks before getting a number at the immigration office for extending their Non-O visa and obtaining a multiple re-entry permit. The response clarifies that the main immigration office for such matters is located at the Chaengwattana Road complex, not at Lak Si. It is recommended to obtain the bank letter a day before the appointment and update the bank passbook on the day of the application. Additionally, it was mentioned that if the user misses their queue number, they cannot jump ahead and must obtain a new number.
