What documents do I need for a retirement visa extension in Bangkok without an agent?
My question is only for Bangkok retirement extensions made at Chang Watthana without an agent. What forms did you take to Immigration and did you experience any issues. I met a man recently who had issues with the ownership paperwork provided by the owner of their condominium. He had successfully extended over 10 times before.
I personally had an issue with the lease information not matching the ownership documents exactly. I understand an immigration officer can create an issue which may not exist with another officer.
Any suggestions or advice please DM to me. Thank you.

If you're renting, the landlord will basically supply two documents along with their signed ID copies. They will supply and sign copies of their house book and the house book of the property they are renting out. And of course bring along the lease agreement which must match the address of the house book of the rented property.
