Is it possible to get your advice on the above below please?
if i obtain a Non O single entry visa based on marriage to a Thai national in my country of residence (Dubai) can i get a multiply re-entry permit in Thailand from my local immigration (Jomtiem) to validate the non O visa as a multiple entry within the 1 year validation period for stays up to 90 days on each entry?
TLDR : Answer Summary
A Non-O single entry visa based on marriage cannot be converted into a multiple entry visa upon arrival in Thailand. Instead, you must apply for a 90-day single entry Non-O visa, enter Thailand, meet financial requirements, and then apply for a one-year extension at an immigration office. After receiving the extension, you can buy a multiple re-entry permit to travel in and out of Thailand.
