TLDR : Answer Summary
You can renew your 60-day visa in Thailand for another 30 days. The earliest renewal date depends on the office you visit; major cities like Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, and Buri Ram allow renewals 45 days prior, while most other locations allow 30 days or might advise waiting for 14 days.

Depends on the office you’re going to use. Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket and Buri Ram allow 45 days prior . Most others are 30 days prior. Some may say wait for 14 days. If you specify the office some with experience of that office maybe able to confirm.
