Hi, i would like to know until when, at the moment, the extension to stay due to the covid situation is permitted to be extended. If I'm not wrong, it was january 31st. I'm wondering if it's changed or on february 20 i will be able to get other two months (italian passport). Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The current deadline to apply for the 60-day COVID extension to stay in Thailand is January 29, 2021. There are concerns about what happens after this date.

So I'm stamped till March 8th, after that as of now I'd have no choice but to leave with no continued covid extension? Generally speaking.

ASSUMING nothing changes, you can stay until March 8th, and then you'll have to leave Thailand.

you could try one last time to apply for the COVID extension by January 29. They may allow it or deny it. Its worth the effort to apply.

Good Luck.
