TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses the current countries allowed to enter Thailand, highlighting that restrictions vary based on visa types. Currently, visa holders like business visas, family members of Thai residents, international students, and Thailand Elite visa holders can enter, while regular tourists face restrictions. The situation changes frequently, so staying updated is essential. Links to resources and personal experiences are shared, reflecting uncertainty about the changes in travel rules.

The restrictions today allow for business visa holders, family members, international students and dependants and Thailand Elite visa holders. Each has their own hoops to jump through to get in. Tourists or retirees as yet are not allowed to enter. Tomorrow may have a new set of rules. No one knows.

with a Thai wife you can get in. Granted that there’s many hoops to jump through and costly ASQ quarantine but it can be done.

From my understanding, given the correct visa extension, or Thai family living here, the only country I know of that can't travel here is North Koreans, oh, but wait, they do have an embassy here so that is not entirely true. There are no country restrictions, as long as you have the correct visa extension allowed in, but this does not include tourists. You can also enter if you have Thai family members living here.

I have been diligently tracking this from day one. Lots of notes and comments added to each country to make it as complete as possible. I’ve put a lot of work into this for many months so please don’t be to critical of my product. I have a formal excel spreadsheet that I normally use but I just cut and paste and added it below.

So here is my complete list of all the countries with free reign to enter Thailand as tourists just as before Covid:
