From my understanding I can enter Thailand by air 3 times per year.
I have entered 3 times already but want to visit again in July at some point.
What do I need to do?
Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on re-entering Thailand after already having entered three times within the year. Community responses highlight that there are no official limits on the number of entries, but immigration officers may scrutinize frequent entries. Several comments suggest considering a visa to ensure smooth entry, particularly for longer stays. Providing evidence of a return ticket and a place of stay can also facilitate entry.

Wrong wrong wrong…there is no official limit on either air or land entrances into Thailand…enter as many times as you want..the only thing standing between you and entering is the I/O and the power of the stamp

Which comes under the Immigration Act,which all Immigration Officers have to follow!
yes the unofficial rule of he who has the stamp wields the power of entrance

I use normal tourist stamp to Thai in 2025, 13 times, no problem
Only thing you might need is the proof of return ticket (I was asked , didn’t show)
The only things you need is to spend time to queue for stamp passport, when you flying back, because
I used auto scanner to leave in BKK (no departure chop on passport), but the following trip when I arrive chiang mai, the custom said I don’t have departure record from my last trip (no stamp on passport), told me don’t use the auto scanner
Custom in different airport are not synced !

There are no limits to arriving in Thailand by air! Period!
I asked the London thai embassy the question how many times
And got this back

Two points Stephen.
Immigration has to have a valid reason under the Immigration Act to deny entry; visiting multiple times is not a valid reason.
And I noticed the word used was 'could.'
As for the ' temporary policy,' it is valid at this present time, though I confess things can change. However, Immigration law covers all entry into Thailand,( like any country) and Immigration Officers have to follow that. Any discretion is under the Thai Immigration Act.

I went for January came back for February then back out for March. All was well. When asked by IO why I said I need sun. Try living in the UK in the winter!

What matters is for how long you stay. Not how many times you enter. Bkk is a big hub for Asia.

There is no limit to number of air entries. If your purpose is clearly tourism, you will have no issues
right. Tourism follows different patterns. Which is why there is not limit on air entries. Many people doing different things and have different needs and or patterns. Offshore workers may enter 6-12 times annually. Business people. Someone touring SE Asia etc.
There is no visa that fits your pattern at present. If you later decide you will stay longer, there are options for long term stay visas

There is no limit. But that doesn't mean it's unlimited. It's much more about how long you've been in Thailand than it is about how many times you've entered. Around 90 days in the past 6 months they start to interrogate you. Around 5-6 months in the last year or so and you're looking at possibly being denied entry. A tourist visa isn't likely to help if it's gotten to that point.
if you have a Thai wife, then get a non-O based on marriage to Thai

Nobody can tell you for certain. Maybe immigration will stamp you in no questions asked. Maybe they will ask to see return ticket, hotel booking, cash on hand. Maybe they will stamp you in but tell you to get a visa next time. Maybe they will refuse you entry and make you buy a plane ticket out. It's a crapshoot.

3 visits to Thailand this year would indicate to Immigration that you are no longer a tourist and I suspect that Immigration will require you to enter with a long term visa appropriate to the reason for your stay. If you attempt to enter on a visa exempt I suspect that you would be denyed entry.
