The number of times you can visit Thailand in one year depends on various factors including visa type, entry regulations, and recommendations from past travelers. Many contributors mentioned that under a tourist visa, frequent visits are possible, often mentioning up to around 180 days in a calendar year. However, the actual number of visits may be influenced by immigration officers' discretion and personal circumstances such as flight availability and financial considerations. Recommendations varied, with some suggesting up to 10 visits per year, while others indicated that it is essential to balance stay durations with time spent outside Thailand.

There is a discussion on proposing a Thai tax on a person's world wide income if in the country more than 180 days. Would that affect anyone's travel plans? Seems fair if you think about it.
I go every month and have been doing so for more than 6 years (except through covid period) but started straight after covid again. On average I went 10 times a year 2 weeks each time.
There are a number of nuances to the answer. I would think of this in terms of days versus number of times. Play your cards right and you could get several months. Do you qualify for a 60 day exemption? If so, there is 60 days, then get 30 more for 1900 baht, then leave Thailand and re-enter for another 60 days, extend for another 30 at local immigration…..
As long as the immigration officer believes that it has been too frequent upon entry. Unfortunately, in Thailand, many things are at the discretion of the immigration authorities. No one can guarantee you a correct number of entries per year.

I always stay 7 months a year on TR + Exempt entry so whaddup with everyone feeling the need to comment 120, 60x2, 180 etc 🤣
Arriving with a tourist visa (60+30) then border bouncing twice 30+30 x2 before returning to Europe.
In the past, it generally has not been an issue to stay in Thailand on a tourist visa six months out of the year as long as you’re showing spending time away
yes you can visit many times as you want. I got a 15 month visa this year and google told me i have to get a return flight ✈️ and that wasn’t true. So google is full of shit
can you share the Google search results that show only 2 visits a year. That has never been a stated policy, so either it is incorrect or you are misinterpreting the information. (Before the new visa policy landcrossings were limited to 2 per calendar year but air arrivals have never been restricted).
possible, there is letter of the law and spirit of the law. If you fly in over 2 times into Thailand, they will be admitted. Note: If you stay over 180 days a year, you might have to pay Thailand income tax.
