Yesterday i went to report 90 days and it was done easily due to less congested at the immigration office. I did asked the officer why i cannot get through the online reporting from the web, she told me there is time frame for us to submit (1-7 days) within 15 days before reporting due. I also not so clear about it but will try next time.

We also have resident notification done online and officer said next reporting need to screen shot the online reporting updates and print out as supporting document when doing 90 days reporting.

Just to share here for the benefit of others member.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user recently shared their experience with 90-day reporting at the immigration office, noting that the process was smooth due to low congestion. They learned from an immigration officer that online reporting can only be done within a specific time frame (1-7 days before the reporting due date). For future 90-day reporting, it's recommended to screenshot and print online reporting updates as supporting documents.

Thanks.

with using the on line system the period of reporting is from 15 days until the due date, it was 15 days until 7 days before due date but this changed recently.

The print out you talk about is from the address registration and it should be like one off these examples
