Hey all! I'm coming up on my first 6 months in country on DTV, with passport showing March 1 as exit date. My plan was to fly to Kuala Lumpur Feb 28 and return March 2 for another 180 days. However, my 2nd 90-day reporting date is Feb 25.
Can I ignore the Feb 25 90-day report and just leave on the 28th? It will reset the 90 day report to when I arrive back on March 2nd right?
Edit - [members only]/
Can do 90 day report up to 7 days after due date for no penalty. Thanks for the responses.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about their upcoming 90-day report required by Thai immigration, which is due on February 25, as they plan to leave the country for a short trip on February 28 and return on March 2. Although some responses indicate they could technically disregard the report because of the grace period, risks such as fines upon return were emphasized. The consensus is that while they can leave without filing the report immediately, it's advised to stay compliant with immigration rules to avoid potential penalties.

Nope. If you spend 90 consecutive days inside Thailand you are legally obliged to report. It won't affect leaving and returning but the next time you interact with an immigration office inside Thailand you can be fined 2k baht for failing to report
