TLDR : Answer Summary
The user asked about potential issues re-entering Thailand after failing to complete the 90-day reporting requirement during a previous stay. Comments indicated that if the user stayed for less than 90 days, there would be no issues upon re-entry. If the stay exceeded 90 days, a fine could be imposed when visiting immigration services in the future. It's important to note that 90-day reporting only applies if one stays in Thailand for 90 consecutive days. Upon exiting and re-entering, the reporting requirement resets.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
If you have less than 90 days, there's no issue. If it's over that, you may need to pay a fine the next time you visit immigration for a document. I suggest doing it on time, as any missed report is an opportunity for immigration to scrutinize your visa.
Unless you need to go to an immigration office for something, residence certificate, TM30 filing, visa extension etc. you will face no sanction or difficulty.
The maximum fine for not doing a 90 day report is āļŋ2000
just a heads up - when you do go to do a report, extension etc etc at immigration, they will flag you and you will need to pay the fine there and then. Be ready for that event
