Hi all

I have a query about 90 day reports.

Last week I did both my husband’s and myself 90 day reports online for the first time.

They went through alright or so I thought.

Today we both received an email from the immigration department, the message below

Notification 90 days is Not Approved. You can check status by visit

[members only]/

1. Does this mean that it hasn’t been approved and I need to go to immigration in person.

Or is it still being processed, we tried visiting the link they said but can’t find anywhere to check the status

Thanks Yvonne

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarity on the status of their 90-day report after receiving an email indicating it was not approved. They ask whether they need to visit immigration in person to resolve the issue or if it is still being processed. Comments provide guidance on checking the status using the reference number and discuss the implications of submitting the report online for the first time.

Is this your first report after your extension?

First 90 day report must be done in person, second etc is ok to do online, has this changed?

that wouldn't make a difference because extensions AND 90 day reports have nothing to do with each other <- meaning when you get a new extension it doesn't do anything to your 90 day reporting cycle UNLESS the officer prints you a new receipt telling you when you do your next report.

Did i miss something? I was thinking there's no need to do any 90 days report until end of july due to covid19 announcement for foreigner staying in thailand..

Ooooh, ok ok, it makes sense! Thank you, i will probably follow your advice and look with them about how to make if through their dedicated mobile app :)

we are advising people on long term extensions of stays to just continue doing their 90 day reports like normal. Even if you have to go do it in person there's no one at the immigration office now so you're in and out in just a few minutes

The 90 day report requirement has been waived, but this group recommends completing them as normal to prevent any "breaks" in your record.

All you did last week was SUBMIT an application (that's why you got a pending status paper you could print)

Now evidently your 90 day online applications were NOT approved.

You can find out why by going back IN to the system using the green "check status" tab, entering the TM47 reference number that was on the pending receipt you got when you filed online last week, OR by entering your personal data. Then going into the system and viewing the report and in the remarks section it will say why you were not approved.
