TLDR : Answer Summary
To update your 90 Days report online in Thailand, you can use the immigration web portal at https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do or download the Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=th.go.immigration.immeService) or iPhone eServices applications (https://apps.apple.com/th/app/imm-eservice/id1464624948?l=th). Make sure to follow specific tips such as entering only the requested information, checking dates, and disabling any pop-up blockers or VPNs to ensure a smooth process.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES

Since the 90 day online report system can be tricky to use, here's some tips and tricks:

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

If the system doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person or through mail.

ASSUMING you've already done one 90 day report in person, AND assuming you're within the proper timeframe, you can use one of the following programs:

Immigration web-portal;

Android eServices application;
