Yes, there are apps and a web portal available for submitting the 90-day report in Thailand. Users can choose between the Immigration web-portal and eServices applications for Android and iPhone. However, there are reported issues with the apps, leading some users to prefer the web version for stability.

Ok, I'm closing this post. The OP asked about the programs for the 90 day reports. The web site is the most stable (if used on the computer), and the applications are less so.

I had the app on my phone but it did not work at all
, ONLY people on long term extension were obligated to do 90 day reporting, anyone on a tourist visa or visa exempt entry or covid extension does NOT need to do it

You don't have to ,but it's our belief you should continue filing the 90 day reports as normal.

I recommend trying the web version from a computer, using either Firefox, or Internet Explorer (if your computer has that program).
I have used the app before for online report and it worked ok, but I've been trying to use it for the past few days and nothing happens when I press to log on. It's not the best 😔

Thanks I did try but it just kept taking me back to the start 😒 I will keep trying every day is different here 😊
Or try other web broswers. Try using it on desktop, and if you're using mobile, turn off any data saving or VPNs. Samsung updated my phone, and added one of those data saving things.
The web portal is the most stable. Make sure you're on an extension of stay that allows the 90 day report, and you're doing it in the proper time frame!
I didn't try any of the applications. Some troubleshooting advice if you're on mobile:
If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re within the proper timeframe, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.
1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.
2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly
3. Turn off any pop-up blockers
4. Turn off any auto-translate
5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications
6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system
7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.
8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.
I don't do 90 day reports myself though :\ But I heard the web based system is best
