What can I do if my Thai visa application is stuck on 'Pending document check'?

Aug 3, 2025
Hi everyone,

I applied for my Thai visa on June 24, and my flight is on August 9, but my application is still stuck on “Pending document check” status.

It hasn’t changed for weeks.

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

Is there anything I can do to get an update or response before my departure?

Any help or advice would be really appreciated 🙏

Which embassy did you apply from? Contact the embassy via email, line or FB..Have you received requests for further documents?

I applied from Azerbaijan, to the Turkish embassy, the application was online. But I did not receive any emails, notifications. All the necessary documents were added, but I did not receive any response. I applied for a visa through this site

There should be an email/phone number to contact. Others have posted that the Turkish Embassy is slow to approve and can take over a month.

there is nothing on this site, there is a Thai number and an address. we found an email and a number for the Turkish embassy, we wrote to the email last week, but there is still no answer. tomorrow we will call there. I just wanted to know if there were cases when they do not answer at all or answer the day before departure or on the day of departure

Anonymous participant There are posts about receiving the DTV 2-3 days before departure. Many say they do not answer calls and are slow in responding to emails if they do.
