TLDR : Answer Summary
The 10 baht tax stamp is required for registering your address with Thai immigration, especially if your landlord is not accompanying you for the TM30 report. This pink-colored stamp can be purchased at local stationery shops or possibly post offices. While some sources claim this registration process is free, others suggest that there may be informal fees involved, commonly referred to as 'tea money.'
I guess you're in Phuket. If the landlord don't want to join you for the TM30 report of address than you must bring a Power of Attorney signed by the landlord and the tax stamp, which you buy at every stationary shop.
Yes im in phuket..have all the documents signed and ready..i asked my landlord about the tax stamp and they gave me this..have a feeling this is not correct haha :D
