Dear experts!
Would you please help me to clarify this question.
My work permit expires at 10 of July. I want to work in other company, so I'll apply for a new work permit with new employer.
What happens with my 3 months NON-B visa in that case?
If I change the workplace and make a new work permit, does my visa still valid?
Thank you!
TLDR : Answer Summary
If you change your workplace and apply for a new work permit with a different employer, your 90-day NON-B visa will become invalid because it is company-specific. You would need to leave Thailand and obtain a new single-entry NON-B visa. Additionally, it's important to note that a work permit allows you to work but does not grant you the right to stay in the country; that is determined by your visa.
