Hi
I had a vulnteer visa during covid, and then you extended it to me many times.
2 years ago, I left and went back after 6 months and they didn't let me go back in.
I did not overstay. I had legit stamps during covid and exited with no issues. When I went back they asked where did you vulenteer and I got nervous and didnt explain well since I didnt. So they got pissed.
Now 2 years passed and I got a new passport. Can I come back or am I black listed?
Thanks
TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster inquired about returning to Thailand after being denied entry two years ago. They had held a volunteer visa during COVID-19, which was extended multiple times. Upon re-entering, they faced scrutiny due to unclear explanations about their previous volunteer work, leading to their denial. They now have a new passport and question whether they are blacklisted. Comments suggest that a new passport does not erase past issues, and the only way to confirm their status is to attempt entry or consult an immigration agent. Specific entries into the immigration system are based on biometrics and past violations, which can still apply regardless of the passport change. Contributing users pointed out the importance of understanding current visa laws, as they can change frequently.
