TLDR : Answer Summary
The 'under consideration' stamp on a visa application generally indicates that the application is still being processed, which can include the approval of a COVID-19 extension. Many users in the comments express that they have not seen rejections for a 60-day extension due to COVID-related travel issues. However, it's important to follow the instructions provided on your stamp and return to the immigration office on the specified date to finalize the visa extension.
dial the paranoia back a bit and take a deep breath. You already applied for the extension, you paid your money, you got the under consideration stamp (which is something THOUSANDS of people have done) so just go back to that immigration office that issued the u/c stamp on the date it says to return ON the stamp and you'll get the rest of the extension inked in.
Good luck, take care, stay safe, STOP being paranoid :)

However... when you received the under consideration stamp, were you told anything by the immigration officer?
You can stay until your stamp, which will be until the end of May. Keep watching these types of Facebook groups for the latest information.

Is not my plan to stay long time on this but it’s really due to covid 19 as the virus now is escalating, but my tourist visa would end also at 10 -13 April or something like this
You got the extension of stay. HOWEVER... the 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19 is not a long-term strategy to stay in Thailand.

I never heard of anyone being rejected for a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19.
