What does it mean to have a six-month ME tourist visa with a 90-day stay in Thailand?

Hello all… I have received approval for my application for a six month ME tourist visa. I booked flights into Thailand, out of Thailand and back in again. However, this approval seems to indicate a 90 day stay. I presume that this is the three month visa…? However it also seems to be a multi entry visa…. Did I do something wrong…? Am I reading this right….?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user received approval for what appears to be a Non-Imm O Visa with multiple entries, allowing a 90-day stay each time they enter Thailand. Despite initially thinking it was a six-month tourist visa, comments indicate it's a one-year Non O Visa, where the holder must leave Thailand after 90 days and can re-enter for another 90 days, given the visa's validity.

I believe that the OP has the answers to his post. We wish him success in his visits to Thailand.

If he indeed selected Tourism / Leisure activities and multiple entries who ever keyed in the data selected the wrong choice for the visa

Good thing the two cost the same

That’s not a tourist visa, it’s a Non-Imm O

Each entry will get you a 90 day stamp. It’s valid for a year so every time you enter Thailand whilst it’s still valid, you’ll get stamped in for 90 days.

Congratulations 👏👏👏

Lucky fella you have received a One year Non O Visa with multiple entries.

EACH time during the one year validity of this visa, you are STAMPED in for 90 Days.

You MUST leave Thailand by the end of the 90 days and when you reenter Thailand you will get another 90 day stamp to stay.

This can be done any time during the One year validity of this Non O Visa.

I assume that you OBTAINED it as you are age 50+

Thanks James…. I just applied for a standard six month ME visa for tourism and leisure…. I’m surprised I got a 1 year one….! I didn’t even know that was a possibility….
