TLDR : Answer Summary
A Non-O multi-entry visa allows you to stay in Thailand for up to 90 days per entry. After each 90-day period, you must exit the country, and upon re-entry, you will receive another 90-day stamp. Note that depending on your residence location, you may also need to submit a new TM30 form at your local immigration office.

Every 90 days you will have to exit and when you enter you will get a 90 day stamp.

Depending on where you live you might have go to the local immigration and submit a new TM30.

And I answered that!

She has to leave every 90 days as she has a “non O multi entry”

The only way she would not have to leave would be if she had a 12 month extension of stay issued at an immigration office in country.

So to answer your question she has stated her visa type. It’s a non O multi entry.

No it doesn’t.

She has a multiple entry non O it’s usable until the enter before date.

And if she enters a day or more before that date she will get a 90 day stamp making it possible to get nearly 15 months out of the one year visa.

The only issue is what province she stays in and how strict they are with the TM30.

I think you will also need to say what your non o is based on ? What is it for ?
