TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the documentation required for applying for a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) in Vietnam, specifically for independent business owners working remotely. Key suggestions include submitting a personal contract, evidence of remote work (such as a letter from a manager), a portfolio or website showcasing work, and supporting letters from clients. I have my contract, 2 employment agreement that state I can work remotely and signed from my manager with a red stamp on it, 1 short cover letter explaining what I am doing and 2 paycheck to prove my salaries. No request for additional documents

If you are independent business owner, you have to include your portfolio/website/ work you have done that prove you can work remotely, a letter from clients that state you work for them.

Some business owners made a contract to themselves, you can find posts detailing this and they got approved.
