What documents and information do I need to provide for a DTV as a company director focusing on property management?

Hello everyone, I am currently putting together my professional profile for a DTV. I am a company Director but it’s a fairly new business. I’m a British/Irish national as landlord and house developer in USA. Currently only have 4 properties under the company name. Other than providing my company registration certificate, company bank account statement, proof of title ownership of properties, I don’t know what else I can provide? I was thinking I should probably write a letter explaining what it is I actually do?

I have more than sufficient funds in my accounts so assume that won’t be an issue.

Any advice would be helpful thank you.

Yes you will need to detail how you manage the business online. Similar DTVERS have posted their application process, they will be in the threads.

You will need a letter from your company stating in writing that you are allowed to work remotely.
