Do all Digital Nomad Visas (DTV) in Thailand now have specific remarks indicating the purpose of the visa?

Just wanted to give a heads up: my partner received his DTV just before Christmas and I noticed it says:

Remark: Remote Worker

I got my DTV back in September 2024 and it doesn’t have a “Remark” line or any mention of what type of DTV I have.

I know in the past people here have asked whether the visa mentions whether it’s soft power, remote work or medical. It used to not mention it, but apparently it does now. Just figured some people would like to know 🙂

EDIT: Seems like it’s embassy dependent, so at least we now know that the Spanish embassy does this.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses the recent trend of Digital Nomad Visas (DTV) in Thailand displaying remarks such as 'Remote Worker.' A user notes their partner's DTV has this remark, while their own does not. Comments indicate that the inclusion of such remarks may depend on the embassy or consulate, suggesting inconsistencies in how visas are processed and documented. Some users confirm their DTV does not specify the category, emphasizing that experiences may vary based on the embassy.

If Immigration had any input at the start every DTV would state the category. But the majority are the same.

That comment is entered into a text field of the visa. Anything can be written there and is Embassy and even IO dependent.

Is it not Embassy dependent? Some put a remark and others not?
