I'm a German national without permanent residency and want to apply for a DTV through their website.

The only thing that I worry about is the last part "Employment contract or employment certificate in their country or professional portfolio showcasing digital nomad, remote worker, foreign talent or freelancer status."

I have a US LLC through which I sell online coaching and writing services.

What would be best to supply there? I have:

* proof that the US LLC is registered in my name

* past invoices from clients

* I could write a certificate in the name of the company to prove I can work remotely

* a website that's currently offline but would be easy to set to live

Anything else I could/should include?

also den ganzen klienten kram würde ich mir schenken. company-registration, deinen arbeitsvertrag und ein wunderschönes zertifikat, dass dir ausdrücklich remote arbeit von thailand aus erlaubt. das Geld Thema ist nicht mit dem job thema verknüpft. also du musst nicht beweisen, dass deine firma umsatz macht. nur, dass du die 500k plus x auf deinem konto hast. plus x ist wichtig, weil sich währungskurse während der bewerbung verändern können. münchen brauchte damals 3 wochen…

und weil es grad haufenweise passiert: der upload von deinem passport importiert falsche daten. also unbedingt von hand nach upload korrigieren und zwingend vor dem letzten step in der übersicht nochmal checken!!!

Was ist denn wenn ich keinen Arbeitsvertrag habe? Es ist meine 1-Mann-Firma, bin ja nicht selber bei mir angestellt... - einfach einen schreiben? Oder erklären + zertifizieren, dass ich der owner bin?

Danke! Hab mir mal eine 1mio von meiner Bank zertifizieren lassen, sicher ist sicher. Zertifikat hübsche ich nochmal schön auf, damit es so offiziell wie möglich klingt. Danke auch nochmal für den headsup mit dem Passport, habe ich schon gecheckt!

Company registeration or proof of ownership, invoices & any contracts with clients , your personal bank statement with 500k+ and you are good to go ,

I was asked to email myself from my company email that i need to relocate to thailand to work remotely from thailand and printed that for them , i provided them my personal bank statement , invoices with clients under my name & company & some contracts that was it
