I know this varies from office to office but can you tell me what documentation I should expect to need to extend my 90 day non O retirement visa to 1 year for the first time.

I have already arranged for bank statements and certification letter. What else might I need for Koh Samui?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your 90-day Non-O retirement visa to a 1-year visa in Koh Samui, you should prepare your bank statements and a certification letter. Although specific requirements may vary by office, it's advisable to check with the local immigration office or related online resources for any additional documentation needed.

The main office in Surat Thani has a web site but still wise to check with the local office.

This is what you can expect to provide at most offices

BUT

I would sure slog on over to Samui and get their hand out (or post on a Southern Thai Island F/B Group and ask if anyone has it) ๐Ÿ™‚

This is a general idea of what can be asked for NOT necessarily what Samui will require
