Just finished a retirement visa annual extension at CW, plus transferred it to a new passport at the same time (transfer rejected last week due no annual statement).
Tons of admin/stamping but prompt, polite & professional as before and all done by 1330 (had a 1300 appointment and went before lunch for the document check).
Only snag was the requirement for the landlord’s ID which I had read about but hadn’t included in the application, so I had to dig around for that.
