How can I successfully complete a retirement visa annual extension in Thailand?

ORIGINAL POSTER
Just finished a retirement visa annual extension at CW, plus transferred it to a new passport at the same time (transfer rejected last week due no annual statement).

Tons of admin/stamping but prompt, polite & professional as before and all done by 1330 (had a 1300 appointment and went before lunch for the document check).

Only snag was the requirement for the landlord’s ID which I had read about but hadn’t included in the application, so I had to dig around for that.

Thx as always Tod & all for the advice though-out 🇹🇭✌️❤️

Thank you for the report. Glad things went rather smoothly for you.

CW seems to be somehow getting a bit stricter on proof of your long-term address (at least to me).

Good idea to be ready with as many as possible documents.
