From previous posts it looks like you already obtained an extension back in June, which would be good for 12 months. Do you actually mean you are now due to do a 90 day report?

If so you just need a current TM30, which gets filed by your landlord (if you haven't travelled since you got your extension it will still be on file), a completed TM47 form and your passport
